A Training and Sharing Experience

Recently, I had the opportunity to experience something unique in Azerbaijan, where I was invited to hold an intensive five-day training focused on photography and cinema. It was an exciting journey, full of creative exchanges and moments of great inspiration.

During the course, I had the privilege of sharing my approach to photography with the participants, exploring the fundamental role it plays in contemporary communication. We discussed how, today, every image is not just a snapshot, but a message: a window to the world or a reflection of oneself.

I introduced several photographers and artists, showing how each of them uses their personal style to tell stories and communicate emotions. Through their work, we analyzed the importance of stylistic consistency and messaging, and how these elements can be applied to the work of each participant.

A significant part of the training was dedicated to my professional journey. I shared some of my most representative images, explaining how I created them, the challenges I faced, and the stylistic choices that shaped my work. We also put theory into practice: the participants had the opportunity to experiment, creating their own shots and engaging with different techniques.

Finally, I shared my experience with Joyful People Company, an organization that allowed me to explore new narrative methods and delve deeper into cinematic language.

It was extraordinary to see how the participants were intrigued by this world and how photography and cinema are deeply intertwined in visual storytelling.

Azerbaijan welcomed me with great warmth and provided an attentive and eager audience. This experience was not only an opportunity to teach but also to learn. Every exchange, every question, and every curious gaze reminded me of how important it is to share one’s skills and to be inspired by others.

I leave with a heart full of gratitude and a strong desire to continue fostering these encounters, where art and the passion for imagery become a universal language capable of uniting different cultures.
